Abstract
This paper deals with the regulation of the figure of the administrative secretary under the new Code of Good Arbitration Practices of the Spanish Club of Arbitration, particularly if the regulatory choice made by the drafters is in accordance with the overall goal of the Code. Besides, attention to the specific regulation of the Secretary in matters related to its role, its duties, rights among others is also analyzed in this paper.
