AB This paper deals with the regulation of the figure of the administrative secretary under thenew Code of Good Arbitration Practices of the Spanish Club of Arbitration, particularly if the regulatorychoice made by the drafters is in accordance with the overall goal of the Code. Besides, attention to thespecific regulation of the Secretary in matters related to its role, its duties, rights among others is alsoanalyzed in this paper.
