Abstract
El objetivo de estas líneas es analizar la configuración de los derechos a la educacióny a la libertad de enseñanza en la LOMCE y su coherencia con el marco constitucional.La reforma educativa ha sido impulsada con el pretexto de mejorar la calidady la competitividad del sistema educativo; sin embargo, ésta ha modificado enprofundidad tanto el currículo y el itinerario escolar, como el papel de la incitativaprivada financiada con recursos públicos en el nuevo modelo educativo.
This article analyzes the configuration of the rights to education and freedom of teaching in the LOMCE, and its coherence with the constitutional framework. Education reform has been designed as a pretext for improving the quality and competitiveness of the education system; however, the reform has deeply changed the curriculum, and the role of public and private schools in the new educational model.
