Abstract
La tesis doctoral que presentamos pretende analizar los diferentes formatos
de sátira política practicados durante la legislatura 2011–2015 presidida por
Mariano Rajoy. Para ello se ha seleccionado un conjunto de fechas clave de este
periodo con el fin de conocer la respuesta de los medios satíricos ante los
acontecimientos de mayor trascendencia política y social, como casos de
corrupción, recortes sociales o de derechos civiles y aprobación de leyes
polémicas por parte de un gobierno con mayoría absoluta en el parlamento.
Entre los formatos satíricos objeto de estudio se encuentran programas de
televisión conocidos como infoshows, revistas y viñetas de humor político y redes
sociales, sobre todo Twitter. En ellos se busca conocer los procedimientos que
usan herramientas humorísticas como la sátira, la ironía o la reducción al ridículo
para estudiar su funcionamiento, confrontar decisiones o afirmaciones lanzadas
por el gobierno y la oposición y determinar el valor del humor como herramienta
de contrapoder.
The doctoral thesis we present aims to analyse the different formats of political satire practiced during the 2011 - 2015 legislature chaired by Mariano Rajoy, full of controversies and social tensions. For this, a set of key dates of this period have been selected in order to know the response of the satirical media to the events of greater political and social importance, such as cases of corruption, social or civil rights cuts and approval of controversial laws by part of a government with an absolute majority in parliament. Among the satirical formats under study are television programs known as infoshows, magazines and vignettes of political humour and social networks, especially Twitter. These formats seek to know the procedures that use humorous tools such as satire, irony or ridicule reduction to know how they work, confront decisions or statements launched by the government and the opposition and determine the value of humour as a tool of counterpower.
