AB La tesis doctoral que presentamos pretende analizar los diferentes formatosde sátira política practicados durante la legislatura 2011–2015 presidida porMariano Rajoy. Para ello se ha seleccionado un conjunto de fechas clave de esteperiodo con el fin de conocer la respuesta de los medios satíricos ante losacontecimientos de mayor trascendencia política y social, como casos decorrupción, recortes sociales o de derechos civiles y aprobación de leyespolémicas por parte de un gobierno con mayoría absoluta en el parlamento.Entre los formatos satíricos objeto de estudio se encuentran programas detelevisión conocidos como infoshows, revistas y viñetas de humor político y redessociales, sobre todo Twitter. En ellos se busca conocer los procedimientos queusan herramientas humorísticas como la sátira, la ironía o la reducción al ridículopara estudiar su funcionamiento, confrontar decisiones o afirmaciones lanzadaspor el gobierno y la oposición y determinar el valor del humor como herramientade contrapoder.
AB The doctoral thesis we present aims to analyse the different formats of politicalsatire practiced during the 2011 - 2015 legislature chaired by Mariano Rajoy, fullof controversies and social tensions. For this, a set of key dates of this periodhave been selected in order to know the response of the satirical media to theevents of greater political and social importance, such as cases of corruption,social or civil rights cuts and approval of controversial laws by part of agovernment with an absolute majority in parliament.Among the satirical formats under study are television programs known asinfoshows, magazines and vignettes of political humour and social networks,especially Twitter. These formats seek to know the procedures that usehumorous tools such as satire, irony or ridicule reduction to know how they work,confront decisions or statements launched by the government and the oppositionand determine the value of humour as a tool of counterpower.
