Abstract
La industria moderna no puede prescindir de los sistemas mecánicos de agarre
en cualquier ámbito de la fabricación y la manipulación de objetos. Las pinzas de agarre
tienen un papel importante con prestaciones muy útiles y versátiles. Los distintos
campos de aplicación, favorecen su utilización e implantación en la industria.
En el presente Proyecto Fin de Grado, se presentan:
- El diseño de una pinza de dos dedos retráctiles.
- En análisis cinemático y dinámico de una pinza de dos dedos retráctiles
actuada por cremallera.
- Los modelos de elementos finitos implementados en Autodesk®
Inventor®, para comprobar y comparar los resultados obtenidos
analíticamente.
- La fabricación de un prototipo experimental de la pinza de sujeción.
Nowadays modern industry cannot survive without the development of efficient mechanical systems in order to solve one of the main issues that this industry faces: the mechanical gripping systems during both the production and the handling process. Tweezers play a crucial role when dealing with this problem as it can be easily integrated to the many areas of the industry. This essay focuses on: - The design of tweezers composed by two retractable fingers. - The cinematic and dynamic analysis of the retractable fingers tweezers actuated by zipper. - The Finite Element Analysis via Autodesk® Inventor® in order to provide numerical analysis. - The development of an experimental prototype for the tweezers.
