Abstract
El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado pretende llevar a cabo un sistema muy
extendido dentro del mundo de la logística como son los sistemas de paletizado.
Hoy en día los sistemas de paletizado están presentes en todos los ámbitos del
sector industrial. Son muchas las empresas que hacen uso de alguno de estos sistemas
dentro de su cadena productiva. Los sistemas de paletizado han supuesto un gran
avance para la industria.
Para realizar el proyecto se ha seleccionado un sistema robotizado con un brazo
robótico de cuatro ejes de la marca KUKA KR 180 3200 PA y la unidad de control del
robot KR C4 (KUKA System) que se encarga de “dar vida” al brazo robotizado. La unidad
de control de robot estará integrada en un sistema automatizado de transporte
gobernado por un autómata industrial PLC de la marca OMRON, concretamente el
modelo CJ2M.

Nowdays the palletizing systems are inside all the areas of the industrial sector. There are a lot of companies that use one of this systems somewhere in their productive chain. The palletizing systems represent a great improvement for the industry. It has been selected a robotic system with a robotic arm of four axis of the brand KUKA to build this project, specifically the model KR 180 3200 PA. Also the control unit KRC4 (KUKA System) handle the robotic arm. This control unit is integrated in an automatic transport system lead by an industrial PLC of the brand OMRON, specifically the model CJ2M.
