Abstract
El objetivo del proyecto es definir las características de diseño, dimensionamiento y montaje de las instalaciones de protección contra incendios del Edificio Industrial “Multiempresarial” con Garaje-Aparcamiento.
Comenzamos con la memoria del proyecto, donde se lleva a cabo una descripción general tanto del edificio como de las instalaciones a realizar en el mismo, en este caso, red de abastecimiento de agua, de BIES, detección de incendios, y extintores portátiles. También incluye la normativa vigente de aplicación, y las características de diseño necesarias para la ejecución de este proyecto.
Una vez definido el trabajo que se va a realizar, con las herramientas informáticas que la empresa dispone, se procede al cálculo exacto de todas las instalaciones, las dimensiones, el número de unidades, y las características básicas de cada una de ellas, en base a la normativa, reglas, y condiciones reguladas por al ayuntamiento de Madrid. Se cotejan los resultados obtenidos con los planos iniciales, y se procede a la redistribución de los mismos en función de las características del edificio.
Existen una variedad de productos, equipos y materiales con los que se pueden cubrir las necesidades de las instalaciones, por lo que realizar una buena elección de los mismos supone una disminución de los riesgos de accidente, de fallos en las instalaciones, de deterioro de las mismas e incluso ahorro en tiempo y costes, por lo que es necesario realizar un pliego de prescripciones técnicas, donde se indican las características, condiciones y necesidades, que deben cumplir los equipos a instalar, buscando la máxima calidad y que no se hayan descrito previamente en la memoria ni en los cálculos.
Debido al factor humano presente en la ejecución de este proyecto, existe normativa para la prevención de riesgos, por lo que incluimos un estudio sobre salud y seguridad laboral donde se indican la normativa vigente a seguir, los principales riesgos y las medidas técnicas para evitarlos, así como la señalización de los mismos.

Se realiza un presupuesto detallado, donde se indica el coste de cada componente unitario, y el coste de todas las unidades requeridas por la instalación. Además se incluye una breve descripción de cada producto y se descompone en varios capítulos (uno por cada instalación) para que se facilite su lectura.
Ahora, puede comenzar el proceso de ejecución (Previamente al acceso a la zona de trabajo, se confirma que los trabajadores/operarios son conocedores del estudio básico de seguridad y salud laboral, ya que poseen el título de prevención de riesgos laborales y que el edificio se adecúa a las condiciones necesarias para realizar el trabajo).
Según las necesidades de las instalaciones “in situ”, los planos, cálculos y el presupuesto se pueden ver modificados. También incluimos posibles proyectos futuros en base a este.
The aim of the project to define the characteristics of design, sizing and installation of fire protection facilities in the Industrial Building "Multi-Enterprise" with Garage Parking. We started with the project report, in which a general description is carried out of the building and facilities to develop on it, in this case, water supply network, fire hose reel, fire detection, and portable fire extinguishers. It also includes the current applicable regulations, and the design features necessary for the implementation of this project. Once defined the work to be performed, with the computer software available at the company, we proceed with the exact calculation of all facilities, dimensions, number of units, and basic caracteristics of all of them, based on the regulations, rules, and conditions regulated by the municipality of Madrid. The results obtained are compared with the initial plans, and next they are redistribute according to the features of the building. There are a variety of products, equipment and materials that can meet the needs of the facility, so, making the right choice of them, the risk of accident and failures and deterioration of the facilities decrease and even time and money are saved. For these reasons, it is necessary to make a statement of technical requirements, where the characteristics, conditions and needs, to be met by the equipment to be installed are indicated, looking for the highest quality and that have not been previously described in the report or calculations. There are regulations for the prevention of risks, so we include in the project a study about occupational health and safety where current regulations to follow, the main risks and technical measures to prevent them and signalization are included. A detailed budget is done, where the unit cost of each component and the total cost of all the units required for the installation are indicated. Also a brief description of each product is included. The budget is broken down into several chapters (one for each installation) to facilitate reading. 10/88 Now, the process of implementation can begin (before accessing to the work area, it is confirmed that the workers / operators are aware of the basic study of occupational health and safety, as they have the title of occupational risk prevention, and the building it is suited to the conditions to perform the job).
