dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo aborda la problemática, doctrinalmente nada pacífica, sobre la aplicación international litigation del Derecho foral sucesorio a los extranjeros residentes en España, como consecuencia de la designación de la ley española, a través de las normas contenidas en el Reglamentos europeo 650/2012. Teniendo en cuenta que el ordenamiento jurídico español es plurilegislativo de base territorial, se plantea la aplicación del Derecho foral a los extranjeros a través de la solución contemplada en el art. 36 del Reglamento sucesorio. Para ello, se estudiará la RDGSJFP de 20 de enero de 2022 donde se plantea la aplicación del Derecho foral sucesorio gallego a un nacional francés residente en Galicia.es
dc.description.abstractThis commentary deals with the problem, doctrinally not at all peaceful, on the application of Foral Inheritance Law to foreigners residing in Spain, as a consequence of the designation of the Spanish law, through the norms contained in the European Regulation 650/2012. Bearing in mind that the Spanish legal system is multi-legislative with a territorial basis, the application of regional law to foreigners is proposed through the solution contemplated in art. 36 of the Inheritance Regulation. For this, the RDGSJFP of January 20, 2022 will be studied, where the application of the Galician Inheritance Law to a French national residing in Galicia is proposed.en
