Abstract
En este proyecto se refleja el trabajo realizado en el departamento de cajas pesadas de la fábrica John Deere Ibérica situada en Getafe (Madrid). Los objetivos principales son por un lado, analizar una transmisión de vehículo agrícola, adaptar su proceso de montaje y proponer mejoras del mismo; y por otro, mejorar el puesto de reproceso de la cadena de montaje.
El fin de ambos objetivos es asegurar la máxima calidad del producto mediante el seguimiento diario de la producción, el análisis de las principales causas de fallo y el conocimiento de la transmisión bajo estudio.
En la memoria se describe la transmisión para cosechador ProDrive, analizando su funcionamiento, proceso de producción y los ensayos que se realizan. Así mismo, se presentan las mejoras implantadas en la cadena para el perfeccionamiento del proceso de ensamblado.
Además, se describe el puesto de reproceso, en el que se reparan aquellas transmisiones que presentan algún tipo de defecto, y las mejoras implantadas en el mismo con el fin de asegurar la calidad total del producto.
In this project is reflected the work done in the department of heavy gearboxes of the John Deere Iberica Factory located in Getafe (Madrid). The main goals are on the one hand, analyze a transmission of the agricultural vehicle, adapt it assembly process and suggest improvements of the same; on the other hand, improve the position of reprocessing of assembly line. The end of both objectives is assure the maximum product quality through daily monitoring of production, the analysis of the principal causes of failures and the knowledge of the transmission under study. In the memory is described the ProDrive harvester transmission, analyzing its performance, production process and the test carried out. Also, the improvements implemented in the chain for the perfection of the assembly process are presented. Additionally, it is described the reprocess station, in which is repaired those transmission that present some kind of defect, and the implanted improvements in order to assurance the total quality of the product.
