Abstract
The aim of this paper is ro analyze and comment Declamatio minor 308, entit!ed Duo Testamenta. On this document revocation of a will is discussed. The matter on which it is argued (one of the most complex of Roman Law), the large allusions to norms and legal concepts, and the way itself in which the discourse is made (very closed to the way of reasoning practiced by jurists), turn this source into a really interesting document for the Romanist.
