Abstract
Durante los últimos años hemos podido ver el gran auge de la Sociedad de la Información y las Comunicaciones. Hemos podido contemplar como prácticamente todos los campos profesionales han incrementado el uso de las nuevas tecnologías y con esto ha tenido lugar no solo una revolución en el desempeño de los diversos campos profesionales, sino también una transformación del negocio y la financiación de los proyectos tecnológicos. Como contrapartida podemos apreciar la gran demanda que existe actualmente de nuevos sistemas tecnológicos más seguros, intuitivos, robustos y, sobre todo, específicos del colectivo demandante. Con este Proyecto se pretende dar una visión de la trascendencia que tienen los proyectos tecnológicos en la sociedad, haciendo especial hincapié en el ámbito financiero. Es importante subrayar la repercusión de la realización de proyectos, puesto que determinan el estado de desarrollo tecnológico de un país, pero es más importante destacar la repercusión económica de los mismos. Por ello, comenzaremos con una valoración de la importancia del desarrollo de proyectos tecnológicos para la sociedad. Con el propósito de resaltar este hecho, el principal objetivo de este Proyecto será proporcionar una herramienta de ayuda para todos aquellos que pretendan tomar parte en dicho desarrollo, es decir, todos aquellos que ambicionen llevar a cabo un proyecto tecnológico. Para conseguir este objetivo, a lo largo de este Proyecto, se profundizará en las principales formas de financiación de proyectos. Analizaremos, en primer lugar, la financiación nacional, centrándonos en los programas de mayor repercusión económica. A continuación, realizaremos un estudio similar sobre la financiación en el ámbito europeo e internacional. Para ofrecer una información lo más completa posible, se mencionarán también, en este Proyecto, algunas formas básicas de financiación privada. Y finalmente, examinaremos algunas de las plataformas tecnológicas más importantes en el ámbito de la informática y las telecomunicaciones. Los últimos capítulos pretenden servir como recapitulación de todo lo visto a lo largo del Proyecto. Por ello, se dedicarán a exponer algunos proyectos tecnológicos llevados a cabo en la actualidad y a ofrecer una serie de conclusiones, a modo de recopilación de los conceptos presentados. Es importante puntualizar que el entorno de la financiación de proyectos es un entorno en constante cambio. No obstante, la necesidad de financiación así como sus principales fuentes tienden a mantenerse. Por lo tanto, las convocatorias citadas en este Proyecto pretenden ser una guía de la financiación actual, pero podrían verse modificadas con el transcurso del tiempo. __________________________________________________
In recent years we have seen the expansion of the Information and Communications Society. We have witnessed how virtually all professional fields have increased the use of new technologies and thus, a revolution has taken place, not only in the performance of a variety of fields, but also a transformation of the business and the financing of technological projects. Conversely, we can see the great demand that currently exists for new technological systems that are more secure, intuitive, robust and, above all, specific to the collective demand. This project is intended to give an overall vision of the transcendence of technological projects in society, with special emphasis on the financial field. It is important to stress the impact of the realization of projects, as they determine the state of technological development of a country, but even more so, to highlight their economic impact. Therefore, we will begin with an assessment of the importance of the development of technological projects for society. To highlight this fact, the main objective of this project is to provide a tool to help all those who want to take part in said developments, in other words, those who hope to carry out a technological project. To achieve this objective, this project will delve deeply into the main forms of financing projects. First, we will analyze, national financing, focusing on the programs which have the greatest economic impact. Next, we will conduct a similar study on financing at European and international levels. To ensure that the information provided is as complete as possible, some basic forms of private financing will also be mentioned. And finally, we will examine some of the most important technological platforms among the computing and telecommunications industries. The last chapters are intended to serve as a summary of the entire project. They will, therefore, be dedicated to presenting various technological projects that are currently being carried out, in addition to, offering a series of conclusions, as a way to showcase the exhibited concepts. In closing, it is important to note that the environment of financial projects is constantly changing. However, the need for funding, as well as its main sources, tends to remain stable. Hence, requests referenced in this project are intended to be a guide to the current financing situation but could be modified over the course of time. Página
