Abstract
Los sistemas ERP se han convertido en una solución muy popular para las tareas de gestión de empresas. Y dentro de los sistemas ERP, SAP R/3 puede considerarse uno de los más importantes, con muy buena aceptación en el mundo empresarial y con un gran índice de penetración entre las grandes empresas. Se trata de un sistema muy potente que cubre la mayoría de los aspectos de negocio de la empresa, pero por contra también es un sistema complejo. Por ello se hace especialmente necesaria la figura del auditor, capaz de asegurar la correcta implantación del sistema y su buen funcionamiento. El objetivo del proyecto es orientar sobre cómo realizar las tareas de auditoría en el submódulo de Gestión de tiempos, incluido dentro del módulo de recursos humanos de SAP R/3. Para ello, en primer lugar se describirán los aspectos más importantes en la implantación del módulo de Gestión de tiempos para posteriormente introducirnos en las labores más propias del auditor. Se hablará del sistema de control de autorizaciones que garantiza la seguridad en los sistemas SAP haciendo especial hincapié en la aplicación del Reglamento de Desarrollo de la LOPD, y se finalizará describiendo las herramientas que SAP pone a disposición del auditor para realizar su trabajo, Este proyecto pretende servir de documento de referencia para aquellas personas que se van a enfrentar a una auditoría, pero también puede ser de utilidad a aquellos profesionales que tengan que realizar una implantación SAP o se vean inmersos en un proyecto relacionado con la gestión de autorizaciones. Pretende ser un documento funcional aunque el lector no esté familiarizado con este tipo de sistemas. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
ERP systems have become a popular solution for the tasks of business management. And within ERP systems, SAP R / 3 can be considered one of the most important, with very good acceptance in the business world and a large penetration among large firms. This is a very powerful system that covers most aspects of company business, but it is complex. It is therefore particularly necessary auditor's figure, capable of ensuring the correct implementation of the system and its operation. The aim of the project will provide guidance on how to perform auditing tasks in the Time management module included within the HR module of SAP R / 3. To do this we first describe the most important aspects in the implementation of the timing submodule to introduce more properly later in the work of applying auditor prior to implantation. We talk about the control system that ensures the safety authorizations in SAP systems with particular emphasis on implementing Regulation Development Data Protection Act, describing the tools that will end SAP provides the auditor to perform their work. This project is intended as a reference document for those who are going to face an audit, but it can also be useful to professionals who have to perform an SAP implementation or becoming involved in a project related to the authorization management. It pretends to be a functional document although the reader is not familiar with this type of system.
