Abstract
EI presente trabajo aborda los principales cambios introducidos por Ja reforma /aboral 2021 en los contratos formativos. Para ello se analizan que elementos mantienen Ja tendencia de Ja regulaci6n anterior y cuales otros son verdaderamente novedosos. Sobre Ja base de esta comparaci6n se evaluan preliminarmente los principales resultados que cabe esperar en el corto plazo.
This paper addresses the main changes introduced by the 2021 labor reform in training contracts. To do this aim, it analyses which elements maintain the trend of the previous regulation and which others are truly innovative. On the basis of this comparison, the main results that can be expected in the short term are preliminarily evaluated.
