dc.description.abstract	Este proyecto aborda la descripción y el análisis de un centro de atención médico móvil implementado para la Cruz Roja. Centramos dicho estudio en la implementación de un sistema de Telemedicina en dicho centro, con el objetivo de atender a los heridos en determinado lugar sin necesidad de transportarlos a un hospital fijo. Primeramente realizamos una breve introducción, situándonos en el sector de las telecomunicaciones vinculado con el sector médico. En segundo lugar, se estudia de forma completa el centro de atención médico móvil conocido como CAMM. Se lleva a cabo el detalle de todos los componentes que integra, sus productos tecnológicos y el funcionamiento de su sistema de Telemedicina. A partir de este momento, se procede al análisis del proyecto de Telemedicina del CAMM. Para ello, primeramente se detalla como se gestiona el proyecto, incluyendo los riesgos que conlleva, y las fases en que se divide el proyecto. Elegimos como foco de análisis de este proyecto la fase de implantación del CAMM en un emplazamiento determinado. Finalmente, pasamos a su evaluación, donde se describe la metodología a seguir, para evaluar el proyecto, y se calculan los costes del ciclo de vida de las actividades a realizar en la fase de implantación. A partir de los resultados obtenidos, se realizan las conclusiones del proyecto, incluyendo algunas recomendaciones de cara a la implantación de este sistema en un futuro. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
dc.description.abstract	This project tackles the description and analysis of a mobile medical center implemented for the Cruz Roja. The study focused on the implementation of a telemedicine system at this center, with the aim to treat the injured in a certain place without having to drive them to a fixed hospital. First, we carry out a brief introduction, placing us in the telecommunications sector linked it to medical sector. Secondly, we study comprehensively the mobile medical center known as CAMM. We go into the detail of all components that CAMM integrates, its technology products and the operation of its telemedicine system. From this moment, we go to analyze the Telemedicine project of the CAMM. For this, firstly we detail how the project is managed, including its risks and the phases into which it divides the project. We choose as a focus of analysis of this project, the phase of implementation of CAMM at certain location. Finally, we turn to its evaluation, which it describes the methodology to follow to evaluate the project. Then, we calculate the life cycle costs of activities performed in the implementation phase. With the results we have obtained, we do the conclusions of the project, including some recommendations towards the implementation of this system in the future.
