dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de este artículo es analizar el papel del Estado en la evolución y desarrollodel sistema de prensa español frente a los modelos de prensa euromediterráneo y británico.Mientras que el modelo euromediterráneo, con una decidida actitud reguladora por partedel Estado, tiene su punto de partida común en el artículo 11 de la Declaración de losDerechos del Hombre y del Ciudadano del 26 de Agosto de 1789, el modelo británicose caracteriza por la inhibición de los poderes públicos, que se desarrolló en concordanciacon la tradición norteamericana a partir de la Primera Enmienda a la Constitución de losEEUU (15 Diciembre 1791).Por esta razón, es necesario reconocer las medidas legislativas que han hecho que cadapaís haya llegado a la situación actual de forma diferente para poder diagnosticar y recetartanto soluciones globales como localeses
dc.description.abstractTh e aim of this article is to analyse the State’s role in the evolution and development of the Spanish system of press face to the British model and the Euro-Mediterranean model of press. Whereas the Euro-Mediterranean model has a similar starting point: the Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen of August 26, 1789, the British model is characterised by the inhibition of public powers, developed in concordance with the North American tradition begun with the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (December 15, 1791). For this reason, it is necessary to recognize the legislative measures that every country has followed to understand why the current situation needs to diagnose and prescribe global and local solutions.es
