dc.description.abstract	El siguiente artículo propone una lectura contrapuesta de dosobras en torno al mismo acontecimiento: La especie humana, de Robert Antelme,y El dolor, de Marguerite Duras. Si la experiencia de Antelme en un campo deconcentración alemán desemboca en un humanismo que reivindica nuestrapertenencia a una misma especie, el relato de Duras, entre la espera y la vueltade su marido, parece ahondarse en los abismos de un horror inefable. Tras estaoposición, no se nos muestran sólo dos visiones o estilos opuestos, sino que sucomplementariedad constituye, mediante una suerte de quiasmo, el fundamentode la relación ética según la concibe Emmanuel Lévinas. Dicha relación restituye,en el espacio vacío que subyace entre ambas perspectivas, la posibilidad de untestimonio que abarque lo innombrable.	es
dc.description.abstract	The article proposes an opposite reading of two works surrounding the same event: The Human Race, of Robert Antelme, and La Douleur (The Pain), of Marguerite Duras. If Antelme’s experience at a German concentration camp leads to a humanism that claims our belonging to a unique race, then Duras’s story seems to be widening in the depths of an unspeakable horror. Following this opposition, we are not displaying only two opposing views or styles, but its complementarity is, by a sort of chiasmus, the foundation of the ethical relation as conceived by Emmanuel Lévinas. This relationship restores, in the empty space that lies between both perspectives, the possibility of covering the unnameable testimony.	es
