Abstract
El proyecto trata sobre la ampliación de una planta de procesos lácteos desde el punto de vista automático, tanto a nivel de software como de hardware. Esta ampliación consiste en la creación de nuevas áreas, así como la modificación de algunas áreas existentes, intentando afectar lo menos posible al funcionamiento normal de la fábrica. Para ello, se debe tener en cuenta la programación y funcionalidades existentes en la planta y aplicar los mismos estándares para la parte nueva. Todo el sistema que se incluya deberá integrarse en el sistema de control existente, tanto a nivel PLC, mediante la programación, como a nivel operador, mediante la modificación de las pantallas de los SCADAs. Todo esto será para controlar en tiempo real todos los procesos que resulten afectados por la ampliación, mediante la automatización de los distintos elementos que compondrán las nuevas áreas, tales como válvulas automáticas, sensores analógicos, niveles digitales,... ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The project is about the development of the one dairy factory from of the point of view of the automation, in the software and hardware levels. This enlargement consists in the creation of new areas and the modification of some existing areas, trying to disturb as less as possible to the normal function of the factory. For this, it must take into account the existing code and functions in the plant and to apply them the same standards for the new part. All the devices that are include, they have to be added in the system control, PLC level, trough the programming code, so operator level through the modify of the HMI screens. Those changes will be for to control in real time all processes that are affected by enlargement through the automation of the different devices that make up the new areas, such as automatic valves, pumps, analog devices, digital devices…
