In Belgium or Germany the internal judges have broken international and European law and they have not understood the nature of the phenomenon.Analizamos la naturaleza jurídica en el derecho internacional de la pretensión de las autoridades catalanas de secesionarse de España y de crear un estado independiente en forma de república. Para ello tenemos en cuenta la legalidad y la legitimidad de la Constitución de 1978, y sus consecuencias para el derecho internacional.
