Desde este punto de vista, habría que plantear si estamos obligados a renunciar a determinadas dimensiones de la seguridad jurídica en relación con la identificación del Derecho.Constitutionalism, and its model of legal system, invites us to review certain aspects of the normative production theory proposed by the positivism. The legal positivism has developed a theory of law concerned with defining clear limits of Law and more focused on authoritative dimensions than justificatory ones.
