Para este propósito puede ser apropiado reconsiderar las formas de hacer filosofía del Derecho propuestas por estudiosos como Scarpelli y Fassò dentro de la filosofía jurídica italiana a mediados del siglo XX y evaluar la síntesis de estas formas para ofrecer una visión “integrada” a los filósofos del Derecho de diferentes orígenes.This article proposes a methodological reflection on the philosophy of law aimed at overcoming, harmonizing it, the traditional contrast between a typically “analytical” and a “historical” perspective.
