Para ello, en primer lugar se analiza la situación de la energía en España, las necesidades que se tienen en la vivienda y la situación en la que se encuentra la misma. En segundo lugar, se explica como es el funcionamiento de las calderas de biomasa como la que se pretende instalar y sus posibles combinaciones en cuanto a combustibles. Posteriormente, se realiza el cálculo de las cargas térmicas y se dimensionan tanto la instalación de calefacción como la de agua caliente sanitaria. Después se analiza cual es el coste de todos los materiales que se deben comprar y se comparan económicamente las distintas situaciones en las que se puede utilizar la hidroestufa, en este mismo apartado se comprueba si es rentable la instalación de dicha caldera. Finalmente se realiza el análisis medioambiental para conocer cuál es el impacto que supone llevar a cabo la instalación de la estufa, y el análisis legal para conocer cuáles son los requisitos a cumplir a la hora de realizar la instalación.This project analyzes viability of installing a hydro-heater to obtain heating and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) in a single family home. In order to do this, we analyze first the energy situation in Spain, housing needs and the situation of this house. Secondly, it explains how is the operation of hydro-heater and their possible combinations in terms of fuels. Subsequently, the calculation of thermal loads is carried out and the heater and domestic hot water systems are dimensioned. After that, it is analyzed the cost of all materials to be purchased and economically comparing the different situations in which the hydro-heater can be used, in this section it is checked if the installation of the hydro-heater is profitable.
