El Sistema Interamericano de Protección de los Derechos Humanos evidencia que América es uno de los continentes que más ha avanzado en el reconocimiento y protección de la familia en sus diversas formas.This paper analyzes fundamentally the article VI of the American Declaration of the American Declaration of the Rigths and Duties of Man , with reference to the doctrine of the Inter-American Court of Human Rigths concerning of the right to found a family and its protection.
