Especialmente, se aborda la paulatina evolución del pensamiento de Bobbio, que transitó desde la filosofía del derecho a la filosofía política y que, poco a poco, fue incluyendo un filón de investigación en torno a los derechos humanos.The article is devoted to the italian legal philosopher Norberto Bobbio. Concretely, we will try to illustrate the connection between his philosophical ideas and the political, social and cultural circumstances he went through.
