L’identification appropriée des concepts et des valeurs devant être reconnus et protégés par le droit de l’UE constitue la base pour établir les obligations des pouvoirs publics, tant en ce qui concerne la dimension individuelle relative aux bénéfices légitimes revenant aux créateurs des oeuvres audiovisuelles que pour ce qui est de la dimension collective relative à la protection et à la diffusion du patrimoine audiovisuel.This paper analyzes the progressive configuration of the regulatory framework of the European Union on copyright, particularly the complementary focus on intellectual property rights in the information society and the knowledge economy.
