AB El deporte es construcción social que representa los valores e ideas dominantes. Lo que le convierte en un ámbito ideal para analizar el orden social. Al observarlo se descubre la incoherencia existente entre una regulación legal que establece la igualdad entre hombres y mujeres como principio regulador del orden social moderno y la realidad social de discriminaciones que han padecido históricamente y siguen padeciendo las mujeres en el deporte. Para mostrar esta discriminación se analizará la falta de acceso, la infrarrepresentación, la segregación de los deportes que practican y las peores condiciones técnicas y laborales en las que las mujeres los practican.
AB Sport is social construction that represents the dominant values and ideas. For this reason, this is an ideal field to analyze the social order. If you analyze sports, you can see the incoherence that exists between a legal regulation that establishes equality between men and women as a regulating principle of the modern social order and the social reality of discrimination that women have suffered historically and continue to suffer in sports. In this chapter we will analyze the lack of access, the under-representation, the segregation of the sports that they practice and the worst technical and work conditions in which they practice them.
