AB Aspecto central en la Autobiografía de Hans Kelsen, publicada por primera vez en Alemán en 2006 y editada en español por la Universidad Externado de Colombia el presente año, es el relativo al establecimiento del Tribunal Constitucional de Austria en 1920, y al proceso que llevó a su disolución por razones políticas. Es evidente que regímenes dictatoriales o gobiernos autoritarios no pueden coexistir con un verdadero control de constitucionalidad.
AB The central theme in the autobiography of Hans Kelsen, published in German in 2006, and edited in Spanish by the Universidad Externado de Colombia this year, is the establishment of the Constitutional Tribunal of Austria in 1920 and the process that led to its dissolution for political reasons. It is evident that dictatorial regimes or authoritarian governments cannot coexist with true constitutional control.
