RT Journal Article T1 Anna Kuliscioff. Femminismo, socialismo e capacità di agire delle donne A1 Barranco Avilés, María del Carmen AB The present essay aims to analyse Anna Kuliscioffs reflections on feminine condition and on women's role in society, with a focus which, stemming from contemporary feminisms, retrieves its foundations within a feminist view, in spite of Kuliscioff's refusal to deem herself as such. Three main themes are outlined: the need to make women's role in society visible, by aiming to shed light over the "break of man's monopoly; the analysis of the categories of sex and class in the authoress's thinking, which stand out as an element of tension between socialism and feminism; last but not least, the attention to women's condition as a specifically human condition.
