AB El propósito de estas páginas es contribuir, centrándonos en el caso aragonés, alestudio del inicio de las transformaciones que se operaron en el sistema crediticio afinales del Antiguo Régimen desde una doble perspectiva: la crisis del régimen censal yel desarrollo de una nueva figura crediticia, todo ello a partir del conocimiento de lapropia situación económica de las comunidades rehgiosas, que se vieron atrapadas entrela crisis del mecanismo de crédito que ellas habían dominado secularmente y el surgimientode nuevas figuras, con otro alcance y otros intereses, claramente contradictorioscon el estado de dominio de la propiedad feudal.
AB The aim of these pages is to contribute, paying particular attention to the case ofAragón, to the study of the beguining of the changes which took place in the creditSystem towards the cióse of the Oíd Regime from two points of view: that of thecensal system and that of the development of a new credit system, based an knowledgeof the economic situation of the religious comunities, which become trapped betweenthe cedit mechanism crisis, which they had controlkd for centuries, and the appearanceof new figures, with a new significance and fresh interese, clearly contradictory tothe powcrful state of feudal propcrty.
