AB El objetivo de esta investigación se centra en analizar y describir las principales medidas públicas y privadas adoptadas por los actores implicados en la lucha contra la desinformación a nivel global.Para ello se plantean cinco factores que han determinado las respuestas de los estados a este nuevo escenario de democracia digital disfuncional: la dimensión competencial y geográfica, la distinción entre estrategias, medidas y objetivos, la definición de los actores implicados y sus funciones en las respuestas tomadas, la distinción temporal de las acciones y objetivos y las pautas de coordinación y seguimiento que necesitan las políticas destinadas a combatir la desinformación y limitar los desórdenes informativos.El nuevo contexto presenta desafíos conceptuales que tendrán consecuencias legales afectando a la definición legislativa de desinformación, pero también a la propia noción de periódico digital y a la de censura en tiempos de sobreinformación.
AB The aim of this research is to carry out an analysis and description of the mainpublic and private measures taken by the different actors involved in the fightagainst disinformation at a global level.From this point of view, five factors that have determined the responses ofthe states to this new scenario of dysfunctional digital democracy areproposed: the competence distribution and the geographical dimension; thedistinction between strategies, measures and objectives; the definition of theactors involved and their functions in the responses taken; the temporarydistinction of the actions and objectives and the coordination and follow-upguidelines of the policies aimed to tackle disinformation and limitinginformation disorders.The new context presents conceptual challenges that will have legalconsequences and that begin with the legislative definition of disinformationbut that affect the notion of digital newspaper or the definition of censorshipin times of overinformation.
