AB Este trabajo centra la atención en las medidas llevadas a cabo por el III Reichcontra el jazz. Por una parte, se desarrolla un análisis centrado en la legalidad,donde se diagnostican numerosos fracasos en este contexto relativos al lenguajede las regulaciones, su aplicación, publicación, generalidad y estabilidad. Porotra parte, se centra la atención en el ámbito de la justicia, con el fin de analizarcómo afectaron las medidas en cuestión a valores como la seguridad, la igualdady la libertad. Sobre este último valor se ofrece también un análisis desde elpunto de vista musical.
AB This paper focuses on the measures taken by the III Reich against jazz. First, ananalysis is conducted of the legality of these measures, identifying numerousfailures in this context which have to do with the language in which the regulationsare couched, and with their application, publication, generality and stability. Thisis followed by an examination of justice, in order to study the effect these measuresexerted on the values of legal certainty, equality and freedom. In connection withthis last value, an analysis is also offered from the perspective of music.
