T1 Preparación de un programa de homologación de serie corta nacional para un modelo de remolque

AB En este Trabajo de Fin de Grado (TFG) se pretende crear un programa que de solución orespuesta a las etapas que debe seguir una empresa de producción de remolques que pretendaproducir una serie corta de un remolque de categoría O1 (remolque de carga máxima de hasta750 Kg.) para el correcto diseño y homologación de estos para su posterior venta en territorionacional. Primero, se hará referencia a las normas que rigen todo el proceso de homologación a niveleuropeo y los puntos donde se establecen las excepciones de la homologación nacional paraseries cortas. A continuación, se detalla el remolque diseñado con el programa Solid Edge, y loscorrespondientes componentes que se deben adquirir para el montaje de este.  Con el diseño del remolque terminado, se da paso al programa de homologación en el que secentra el TFG. Teniendo en cuenta todas las normas que se establecen en los Reales Decretoscorrespondientes (y que se desarrollarán a lo largo del trabajo) se debe generar una ficha decaracterísticas y una ficha reducida para la categoría de vehículo que corresponda (O1 en estecaso).Con un primer remolque fabricado y las fichas correspondientes cumplimentadas con todo loque se exige en los reglamentos, se debe llevar todo el conjunto a un Servicio Técnico deHomologación designado por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo, en el cual seensayará y evaluarán los puntos que procedan, y si el trabajo se ha realizado correctamente, elServicio Técnico emitirá un informe detallado de los aspectos relativos a la homologación queproceda. Con este informe, dicho Servicio Técnico presentará a dicho Ministerio toda ladocumentación relativa a la homologación de la serie corta para su aprobación en caso de queel informe se haya realizado con una valoración satisfactoria.Se realizará un estudio socioeconómico de cuánto le costaría al fabricante la elaboración de laserie corta, incluyendo la homologación de este, comparándolo con remolques similares de lamisma categoría que puedan encontrarse en grandes superficies a la venta. Finalmente, se extraerán conclusiones en cuanto a la viabilidad de la producción y los trámitesadministrativos que debe pasar el fabricante para poder vender la tirada de remolques enterritorio nacional.
AB In this End of Degree Project (TFG) is intended to create a program that provides a solution orresponse to the stages that a trailer production company must follow to produce a short seriesof a trailer of category O1 (trailer maximum load up to 750 Kg.) for the correct design andhomologation of these for subsequent sale in national territory.First, reference will be made to the rules that govern the whole process of homologation atEuropean level and the points where exceptions are established for the national homologationfor short series.Next, the trailer designed with Solid Edge program is detailed, and the correspondingcomponents that must be acquired for the assembly of this one.With the design of the finished trailer, the homologation program in which the TFG is centeredis given way. Considering all the rules that are established in the corresponding Royal Decrees(and that will be developed throughout the assignement), a characteristics file and a reducedsheet must be generated for the corresponding vehicle category (O1 in this case).With a first manufactured trailer and the corresponding cards completed with all that is requiredin the regulations, the whole must be taken to a Technical Approval Service designated by theMinistry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, in which they will be tested and evaluated thepoints that proceed, and if the work has been done correctly, the Technical Service will issue adetailed report of the aspects related to the homologation that may be appropriate. With thisreport, said Technical Service will present to the Ministry all the documentation related to thehomologation of the short series for its approval in case the report has been made with asatisfactory evaluation.A socioeconomic study will be carried out of how much it would cost the manufacturer to makethe short series, including its homologation, comparing it with similar trailers of the samecategory that can be found in large areas for sale.Finally, conclusions will be drawn as to the viability of the production and the administrativeprocedures that the manufacturer must pass in order to be able to sell the circulation of trailersin the national territory.
