AB El objeto de este artículo es abordar uno de los aspectos menos tratados de la Filosofía del Derecho de Hegel, el Derecho privado, y más en concreto, el estudio de las instituciones fundamentales del denominado Derecho Civil Patrimonial: la persona, la propiedad y el contrato. Frente a la profundamente estudiada filosofía moral y filosofía hegeliana del Estado, los autores se han ocupado en menor medida del tratamiento que Hegel realiza de las instituciones jurídico-privadas y de su justificación racional en el devenir del Espíritu objetivo. Más allá de su pura descripción jurídica, el filósofo explica y detalla estas instituciones dentro del desenvolvimiento dialéctico de su sistema filosófico, aportando nociones ideológicas claves para el entendimiento de las mismas.
AB The purpose of this article is to address one of the least discussed aspects of the Hegelian Philosophy of Law, private law, and more specifically, the study of the fundamental institutions of the so-called Civil Patrimonial Law: person, property and contract. Facing the deeply studied moral philosophy and Hegelian philosophy of the State, the authors have lesser extent Hegel treatment performed private legal institutions and its rational justification in the development of objective Spirit. Beyond its pure legal description, the philosopher explains and details these institutions within the dialectical development of his philosophical system, providing key ideological notions for understanding them.
