AB Este trabajo pretende demostrar la ausencia de diversidad cultural en lasmanifestaciones de violencia de género. Se analiza el fenómeno desde laperspectiva jurídico-penal poniendo el foco en la legislación española y enlas conductas constitutivas de malos tratos y de acoso, abuso y agresiónsexuales sobre la mujer, que pueden extrapolarse a cualquier país o cualquiercultura. Se pone en evidencia igualmente la perspectiva de género queestán adoptando los tribunales españoles para abordar este problema. Sinembargo, más allá del derecho penal, la solución a estas manifestacionessolo puede provenir de la educación.
AB This paper aims to demonstrate the absence of cultural diversity in themanifestations of gender violence. The phenomenon is analyzed from a legalcriminalperspective, focusing on Spanish legislation and the behaviors ofsexual abuse and harassment, abuse and aggression against women, whichcan be extrapolated to any country or any culture. It also highlights the genderperspective that the Spanish courts are adopting to address this problem.However, beyond criminal law, the solution to these manifestations can onlycome from education.
