La estadística judicial en el orden social (II): últimos datos de instancias superiores

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza la evolución de los datos sobre estadística procesal desde 2011 hasta la actualidad y es la continuación de una un artículo previo que se centró en las resoluciones de instancia. El objetivo fundamental sigue siendo analizar el impacto de la reforma procesal de 2011, de la crisis económica y de las reformas sustantivas puestas en marcha para hacerle frente (y, en particular, la reforma de 2012). Sin embargo, mientras que el primer artículo se centro en los juzgados de lo social, en este se analizarán los datos de las instancias superiores. Ello, además, nos permitirá mostrar otras fuentes estadísticas, como la base de datos del Consejo General del Poder Judicial. Aunque esta herramienta estadística muestra información de todas las instancias, es estrictamente procesal, por lo que no desagrega según materias resueltas en la mayor parte de los casos.

This article analyses the evolution of data on procedural employment law since 2011 to nowadays and it is the continuation of a previous research. The main objective is assessing the impact of the latest procedural reform in 2011, the crisis and the substantive reforms applied to face it (labour market reform of 2012 mainly). Whereas the first article focused on first instance courts’ resolutions, this one analyses the judgements of higher courts. The database used to develop the second part of this research is also different, so it permits to show other statistical resources. Concretely, the Judicial Database of the Spanish General Council of Judiciary is applied. This database offers statistical information about the issues solved by all the instances within the social jurisdiction but the topics analysed are less exhaustive.
