Optimización del sistema de control del aerocondensador de una central de generación eléctrica

Abstract

Este proyecto se basa en la mejora, tanto en funcionamiento como en consumo, del aerocondensador de la planta de gestión de residuos urbanos Las Lomas CT (Urbaser S.A). Para ello, primeramente, se describirá todo el proceso que sigue la planta para conocer que trabajo realiza dicho aerocondensador en la planta y porque puede estar influenciado su funcionamiento. Posteriormente se comenzará con la descripción detallada del aerocondensador y como se ha ido avanzando para mejorar su rendimiento. Tras esto se procederá a describir el estado actual del aerocondensador, las modificaciones planteadas sobre el papel en un principio y como podrían afectar dichas modificaciones. Una vez se tenga todo esto, y tras alcanzar el veredicto sobre cómo será y se implantará la mejora, se describirá paso por paso todos los procesos seguidos hasta conseguir; como la creación de planos eléctricos para conocer las modificaciones que se deben realizar; la programación en este caso en lenguaje de contactos con el software Step 7 de Siemens, y la configuración de la interfaz de la pantalla con la que se interactuará, mediante el software GP-Pro EX 3.0. Después, se realizará un breve análisis de la simulación y el resultado que finalmente se obtiene en el puesto de trabajo ya que la mejora no se ha podido implantar todavía debido a motivos de mantenimiento de la planta. Por último, se comenzará realizando un estudio del entorno socio-económico como presupuestos, estimaciones sobre otros factores influyente, como la temperatura ambiente, etc…

This project is based on the improvement, in operation and consumption, of the aerocondenser machine of the urban waste management plant Las Lomas CT (Urbaser S.A). First, the plant´s entire process will be described to know what function the aerocondenser machine performs in the plant and why its operation may be influenced. Afterwards, a detailed description of the aero-condenser machine will be defined and how it has been improving until reach better efficiencies. After all this, it will proceed to describe the current state of the aero-condenser machine, the modifications raised on the paper firstly and how they could affect such modifications. After that, and after reaching the verdict on how the improvement will be and will be implemented, step by step it will be described all the processes followed up to achieve; Such as the creation of electrical drawings to know the modifications should be made; programming in this case in language of contacts with Step 7 Siemens software, and the configuration of the interface of the screen in which it will be possible to interact, with software GP-Pro EX 3.0. Afterwards, a brief analysis of the simulation and the result that is finally obtained in the laboratory will be made since the improvement has not yet been implemented due to maintenance reasons. Finally, it will be shown a study of the socio-economic environment like budgets, estimates on other influential factors, such as ambient temperature, etc...
