Estudio de la influencia de variaciones geométricas locales en la vida a fatiga de un eje ferroviario

Abstract

El siguiente proyecto se centra en el estudio a fatiga de un eje ferroviario en servicio y de la influencia que sobre él pudieran tener ciertas variaciones geométricas en la superficie del mismo. Se realizarán una serie de análisis estáticos y de fatiga con diferentes geometrías y condiciones para valorar los resultados obtenidos y evaluar las consecuencias que pudiera tener sobre el eje. Para la realización de este trabajo, se hará uso del programa de diseño mecánico y de Elementos Finitos Pro Engineer. ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The following project focuses on the fatigue study of a railway axle in service, and on the influence that certain geometric variations in the surface of the axle may cause to it. There will be made a series of static and fatigue analysis under different conditions and geometries in order to value the results and to assess the consequences that could have on the shaft. For the making of this work, the mechanic design and Finite Elements program Pro Engineer, will be used
