Análisis para la adecuación a 50 ka de una subestación eléctrica de 220 kv inicialmente diseñada a 40 ka

Abstract

Existe un problema creciente en España dado el creciente aumento en el número de nuevas de centrales cada vez más deslocalizadas y el mayor grado de flexibilidad y fiabilidad requerido por el sistema español, por esta razón en muchos puntos de la geografía se producen unas corrientes de cortocircuito superiores a las que en un principio se habían tomado en la fase de diseño, en caso de falla hay más puntos interconectados que contribuirán al incremento de la corriente. Por todos ello analizaremos una subestación que se encuentra en esta situación, al igual que otras muchas en España, para ello se analizarán las zonas de la subestación que sean especialmente sensibles a estos incrementos de corriente de cortocircuito, como pueden ser la red de tierras, los embarrados de la subestación o la aparamenta. La red de tierra encargada de disipar la corriente de cortocircuito tiene que cumplir esta función sin que se produzca un deterioro en la misma por el calentamiento que produce la corriente y sin que se generen diferencias de potencial peligrosas para el ser humano en el terreno ocupado por la instalación. Los embarrados encargados de conectar las líneas provenientes de diferentes puntos de la geografía tienen que ser capaces de aguantar el esfuerzo mecánico producido por el efecto electromagnético causado por el paso de la corriente de cortocircuito, así como soportar los esfuerzos térmicos provocados, sin sufrir el más mínimo deterioro. De igual modo la aparamenta debe ser capaz de soportar la nueva corriente de cortocircuito sin que se produzca ningún efecto que pueda afectar directamente a la integridad de la instalación y a la seguridad del personal de la subestación. Por todo ello es necesario tomar medidas de manera urgente ya que si no entraríamos en una fase en la que tras una inversión para aumentar la fiabilidad del sistema se producen efectos que ocasionan como resultado todo lo contrario, y por lo tanto la inversión inicial habrá sido un auténtico desperdicio. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
