dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo analiza el control de convencionalidad a la luz de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Determina su concepto, características y alcance; y plantea su obligatoriedad para el Poder Legislativo en el ejercicio de la función legislativa, en el marco de las obligaciones generales de respeto, garantía y adecuación normativa establecidas en la Convención Americana sobre Derechos Humanos. Además, aborda lo principales aspectos del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, sus órganos de protección y resoluciones. Finalmente, analiza el alcance del control de convencionalidad por parte del Poder Legislativo chileno y cómo este puede jugar un rol fundamental en la protección de los derechos humanos.	es
dc.description.abstract	This paper analyzes the conventionality control in light of the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on the subject; determines its concept, scope and characteristics; and raises its obligation for the Legislature in the exercise of the legislative function in the context of the general obligations to respect, guarantee and adequacy regulations established in the American Convention on Human Rights. In addition, it addresses the main aspects of the Inter-American Human Rights System, its protection organs and resolutions. Finally, it analyzes the scope of the control of conventionality by the Chilean legislative branch and how it can play a fundamental role in the protection of human rights.	en
