Desde los planes carolinos se indicaba por qué autores debía estudiarse cada materia. El análisis de estos primeros manuales jurídicos hasta el canon del trienio liberal ayuda a comprender mejor la cultura jurídica del momento. En apéndice se ofrece una documentación inédita de interés.

The Carolina plans indicate what author should be studied with each subject. The analysis of these first manuals until the Liberal triennium helps to understand the legal culture of the time. The appendix includes an unpublished document of interest.
