Abstract
La promoción del acceso a la vivienda ocupa un importante lugar en la agenda del Consejo de Europa. Este artículo tiene la intención de analizar las diferentes iniciativas que en este marco se han desarrollado. Para ello, se analizará el alcance de las disposiciones de la Carta Social Europea y de la Carta Social Europea revisada sobre la materia, así como las iniciativas desarrolladas en el ámbito de la cohesión social.
The access to housing is an important aim of the Agenda of the Council of Europe. This article analyzes the different initiatives that the Council of Europe has developed in the access to housing. More specifically, the scope of the European Social Charter and the Revised Charter rules, as well as the social cohesion initiatives, will be examined.
