Reflexiones sobre la Filosofía del Derecho

Abstract

En este artículo se ofrecen algunas reflexiones sobre lo que es la Filosofía del Derecho; sobre la actividad propia de los filósofos del Derecho y los límites que existen a la misma; así como sobre la Ciencia del Derecho. Y también se justifica la necesidad de entender que la actividad del filósofo del Derecho ha de estar caracterizada por el compromiso que ha de adquirir con el resto de las personas para que su trabajo permita la consecución de una sociedad más justa.

In this article we can find some thoughts on what Philosophy of Law is, on the particular activity of the philosophers of law and its limits, as well as on Jurisprudence. In addition, we canfind ajustification about the necessity to understand that the activity of the philosopher of law should be characterised by their engagement with the people in order to achieve with his work a fairer society.
