| Abstract: | Thee influence of technology in Democracy creates new paths of political participation due to the use of new technologies, such as information one. Technology, in that case, can and must serve the participation in Democracy in order to implement the Democracy of participatin, a new Democracy beyond representative Democracy.
L'influence de la technologie dans la démocratie aide a provoquer l'aparition de nouveaux chemins de participation démocratiques, a conséquence de l'usage de nouvelles technologies comme les informatiques. C'est pour cela que la technologie peut contribuer au développement de la participation de telle maniere qu'elle permet que la démocratie représentative soit remplacée par la democracie participative. |
