| Abstract: | In this paper we analyze the symmetric companion of a quasi-definite linear functional. We focus our attention on semiclassical linear functionals and we analyze the class of symmetric companions in terms of the initial linear functional. We present some examples for classes zero and one. Finally, we consider symmetric linear functionals perturbed additively by Dirac masses. |
