Abstract
El siguiente proyecto aborda una investigación mediante programa de elementos
finitos como es ANSYS APDL: Ls-Dyna la simulación de un ensayo dinámico frontal de
un Sistema de retención infantil. El ensayo es una reproducción virtual de los que
elabora el organismo europeo de valoración de ensayos de seguridad en automóviles
EuroNCAP. El proyecto está dividido en dos partes bien diferenciadas, la parte teórica
que explica todo lo relacionado con los ensayos, normativas, clasificación de los SRI,
estadísticas etc., aportando los conocimientos necesarios para entender de una forma
global el tema que se trata y los resultados que se van a dar en la 2ª parte del
proyecto. La parte práctica, que explica el proceso de diseño de la silla y el posterior
análisis en el programa de MEF, yendo paso por paso explicando y comentando todos
los resultados obtenidos al igual que el proceso de creación del modelo numérico. Se
simularan varios análisis representando diferentes escenarios y se compararan entre
si, finalmente se extraerán unas conclusiones y futuras consideraciones.
The following project shows an investigation using a finite element program such as ANSYS APDL: LS-DYNA, simulating a frontal dynamic test of a child restraint system. The trial is a virtual reproduction of the tests conducted by the European car safety performance assessment programme (Euro NCAP). The project is divided into two distinct parts. First, the theoretical part explains everything about the tests, standards, classification of SRI, statistics etc., providing the necessary knowledge to understand in a comprehensive manner the issue in question and the results that will arise from the second part of the project. The practical part explains the design process of the chair and the subsequent analysis by the FEM program, step by step, commenting on all results obtained as well as the process of creating the numerical model. The numerical model its configurated following the new regulation standards that will be applied in the near future. It will analyze and compare different scenarios to one another and finally, draw some conclusions and other points worth considering.
