Abstract
En el presente proyecto se ha realizado el diseño, cálculo y optimización de la
estructura metálica y de la cimentación de una nave industrial mediante el código
comercial CYPE y de acuerdo a la normativa vigente (Código Técnico de la
Edificación).
Se trata de una nave industrial destinada a almacén de 1008 m2 de planta con una
entreplanta de 144 m2 cuyas dimensionas son: 24 m de ancho, 42 m de longitud, 7 m de
altura a los aleros y 9,25 m de altura a la cumbrera, lo que conlleva una inclinación del
18,75% ó 19,62º.
La estructura es de acero S275JR con uniones soldadas con electrodo de rutilo y la
tipología seleccionada ha sido pórticos planos de nudos rígidos con cubierta a dos
aguas.
La cimentación está formada por zapatas prismáticas y vigas de atado de
hormigón armado HA-25 N/mm2, calculadas para un terreno de resistencia superior a
1,5 kg/cm2.
El presupuesto total de ejecución ha ascendido a 256,247,01 €, teniendo en cuenta
la situación actual del mercado.
In the present project has been the design, calculation and optimization of the metallic structure and the foundation of a warehouse by CYPE commercial code and according to current regulations (Technical Building Code). This is an industrial building for warehouse of 1008 m2 with a mezzanine floor of 144 m2 whose dimensionas are 24 m wide, 42 m long, 7 m in height and 9.25 m eaves height to the ridge, which implies an inclination of 18.75% or 19.62 °. The structure is made of steel S275JR with welded joints and rutile electrode was selected types of knots rigid plane frames with gable roof. The foundation consists of footings and tie beams prismatic reinforced concrete HA-25 N/mm2, calculated for a field strength greater than 1.5 kg/cm2. The total running budget totaled € 256,247,01, taking into account the current market situation.
