Abstract
La libertad de expresión es el derecho humano propio de la creación artística y, por tanto, del cine, pero el cinematógrafo también ha mostrado, “visualizado”, la libertad de expresión, planteando en muchas películas la cuestión de los límites de este derecho humano, así como la de su fundamento, y la crítica a la libertad de expresión realmente implantada.
The freedom of speech is the human right characteristic of the artistic creation and, therefore, of the cinema, but the cinematograph has also shown, “visualized”, the freedom of speech, raising in many movies the question of the limits of this human right, as well as that of his basis, and the criticism to the freedom speech really well-established.
