Liberalismo y derechos colectivos: (análisis de su fundamentación en la teoría seymouriana)

Abstract

Se parte de una reconstrucción de las aproximaciones conceptuales que las tesis liberales contemporáneas han elaborado en torno a la posibilidad de justificar la categoría de los derechos colectivos. Sobre esta base, se analiza la teoría de Michel Seymour en la materia procediendo a exponer las características de su liberalismo; su entramado conceptual sobre la justificación de dicha categoría de derechos y a criticar algunos aspectos de las mismas.

This article begins with a reconstruction of the theoretical approach that liberal thinking has developed about possibilities of justifying the category of collective rights. On these bases, Michel Seymour’s theory is analyzed putting forward the characteristics of its liberalism; his conceptual framework on the justification of that category of rights and criticizing some aspects of them.
