| Abstract: | En este trabajo intento mostrar que el ideal de que las normas deban ser acordadas por todos los afectados es impracticable. Intento mostrar que los dilemas morales, la inconmesurabilidad, la simetría y el pluralismo de valores socavan el ideal.
In this work I attempt to show that the ideal consistent of the rules must be accepted by all affected is impracticable. I try to show that moral dilemmas, incommensurability, symmetry, and value pluralism undermine the ideal. |
