Abstract

Later, the concept of justice is analyzed defending a corrected positivism away from any kind of iusnaturalism, that centers the source of legitimacy in the public ethics. He deals with this ideas more deeply in his approach to the concept of law, answering the questions “Who rules?”, “How is it ruled?”, “what is it ruled?” and “why to obey law?”. The articles concludes with some reflections on the temper of those who devote their lives to research.
